Privacy Policy
A plain-English summary of how this website handles your information.
Who we are
MangoAKB is a project by three University of Utah students in Salt Lake City, Utah. It is not an official University of Utah service.
What this website collects
Nothing about you directly. This site has no accounts, forms, comments or sign-ups, so you can read all of it without giving us any information.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not set cookies, does not store anything in your browser, and does not use analytics, advertising pixels or social media widgets. Its fonts and images are served from the site itself, not from other companies.
Like any website, the service that hosts it may keep basic technical records of visits, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request. We do not add tracking of our own on top of that.
If you book a call or email us
The Book a Call button opens a Google Calendar scheduling page. If you book a time, we receive your name, your email address and anything else you add. If you email us instead, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use that to schedule and hold the call and to reply to you.
The scheduling page is Google's, not ours. What you enter there is handled by Google under its own privacy policy and cookies, and your email provider handles your message.
We take notes during calls and may keep them while we work on MangoAKB. We may use ordinary software tools, including AI tools, to help organize and review those notes, and we share them with our teammates and advisors for the project. We do not record a call without asking you first.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Your choices
You can ask us what we have about you, or ask us to delete it. Email mangoAKB@gmail.com and say so, and we will do it.
Children
This site is for business owners. It is not aimed at children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date below.
